Kyle Carpenter is the youngest recipient of the Medal of Honor in history, but what earned him the medal was his brave decision to dive on an enemy grenade that landed between him and his best friend during a mission in Marjah, Afghanistan in November 2010. link Book: link I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle and got an autographed copy of the book. He is very humble, positive and a real treasure. He is also in the Sentinels of Freedom program and they helped him get settled and a scholarship. YouTube link Wolfhag |
