Does anyone know what this name means? "Dicker?" I recall that Frederick the Great used to call Field Marshal Daun of Austria something like "der diche excellence." I remember this in Duffy, comparing north German to Austrian German. It meant fat. Is this "Fat Max?" DdeP |
