Goodness that brings back memories. In 1983 a friend and I played to a 33 hour stalemate. In the first 5-6 hrs he made huge gains before I started slowly pushing him back and eventually even gaining some ground. Around the 33rd hour we realized that the lines were pretty much where they started, and we mutually agreed that the galaxy was exhausted and agreed to an armistice that has lasted to this day. We then each slept for three days. I am remembering the map being much bigger though. |

We play the game and fight out the battles with miniatures using Full Thrust rules. Loads of fun! |

Great game, whether played with a friend or solo. I wish there were an explicit rule for deep meson gun sites. |
