Just spotted this so I'm posting late. I'm always on the look out for new titles covering the revolutionary period. Due to this I have put it on my list to buy. However, while it looks as though it may be an interesting read, the high price, as arthur1815 pointed out, sadly stops it from becoming a must-have, well, for now anyway. |

gets much more interesting from page 130 onwards with the victorious campaign of the "Sambre et Meuse" where Schérer played an important role again. |
