Preparing for a massive recreation of the Battle of Unnumbered Tears. To view an initial view of the miniatures to be utilized, visit miniaturesgaming.blogspot.com

Fantastic stuff. I'm looking forward to the battle. Like the way you've drafted in old figures to fill the ranks. Please keep us posted about this epic.

Wonderful!

A few minor quibbles: the goblin archers in the 9/30 post and also the "smiling" snaga are not Minifigs, they are Der Kriegspielers. The "Riders of Rohan" infantry in the 10/30 post are from the Heritage line that was, as you elsewhere observe, released in association with the Ralph Bakshi film.

love the old school ME and SS figs, one of the guys 'too old to remember what it is' looks like the old Garrison Hyborian range.

Minifigs might have manufactured Custom Cast/Heritage in the UK. It seems to me there was a lot of "Across the Pond" coordination like that back in the day. Some Minifigs stuff was branded as Greyhawk at one time, for example.

The elves in the 8th picture down on the 3rd October entry look very much like some of Tom Meier's finest, the Sea Elf Spearmen, and these are available still from Ironwind.

Remastered and re released by popular demand I believe.

Thank you Eumelus, that jogged my old memory. I had forgotten those lines!

And guys, honestly it was an easy call, bringing out decades old miniatures I haven't used since the 80's. Wanted to save some money even though I still spent a bundle on the new stuff. Prices certainly have risen 'a little bit' since then.
