IU've bought commercial stuff before, but the name escapes me offhand. However I have done most of my roads using roofing felt.

I bought the roads and rivers mat from Cigar Box Mats and like those. I also nave some of Tiny Wargames very nice cloth rivers and roads.

We have 28mm toxic rivers and just released 28mm blue rivers. At this time we don't have 28mm roads but do plan on doing in 2020.

Ha! Novus, shows what you know! Your 15mm dirt roads work great with my 28mm Vikings and other people from an era when road width wasn't standardized.

Their 15mm rivers also make good smaller streams for 28mm figures.
