Would anyone know off the top of their heads which Italian states operated navies that were eventually absorbed into the Regia Marina, especially from the 18th Century until the Italian Unification in 1861?

So far, I know that the Kingdom of Sardinia, the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies (a.k.a. Neapolitan), and the Papal States were the major navies that were still in existence at that time.

Thank you.

Venice had it's own navy during the 1848 revolution against the Austrian-Hungarians.

Genoa, Naples and Sardinia were the main navies.
