OK, the first bit of help, in case you want to try an internet search, is that the correct title-at least for the miniature skirmish level rules-is Brother Against Brother. See here: link :>) There have been rumors of a reprint for years, but nothing has happened yet. There's a copy for sale at Noble Knight Games for $60 USD: link Dennis

On the Brother Against Brother Facebook Group the author has been updating the Group over the last several months with photos and details of his playtesting of version 2 of the rules

I have the rules but will keep them. What I would love to have were the scenario books that came out later. Can't find them anywhere.
