I'm trying to keep the pressure on but I gave the starting characters a step up right out of the gate (they're described as veteran mercenaries) and now they're a bit *too* powerful for the regular line baddies in this first arc. We paused this week's session mid-battle against a mini-boss. Finish up next Tuesday, then Other Pat will run some RPG one-shots while I paint up/write up the next portion. They look strong now but the Cinder King is coming. |
