Quite agree. Excellent book. Well researched and well written.

The author is not shy to give us his analysis and conclusions, so it is more than a dry recounting of statistics and timelines and maps. But his analysis is always accompanied by the facts from his research.

The follow-on (second in the series) is equally good.
