Sorry to answer so late.
I am starting to print my own AFV. The files online are generally in either 1/200, 1/100 (15mm), or 1/56 (28mm). I have just started but have printed a BIV demo vehicle, two SU-76M, and two SU-122 plus a German RSO. I used 1/56 files multiplied by 116.67 to convert them to 1/48.
These files are available online. Try searching for WW2 3d AFV. Most of the sites will either sell you the .stl files or at some sites you can download them for free. If you don't have a 3d printer search for a site that will print models for you and have them give you a price. Often the sites with the files offer to print the models.
I admit I am not sure which 1/48 model tanks you are referencing. I have found a few AFV in 1/48 or 1/50. These are Tamiya of course, and CORGI, and SOLIDO if you can find them.
You also need to look at quarter-kit.com online. They sell painted 1/48 models, resin kits, die cast models, conversion kits for other 1/48 models and carry some decals as well. All the models are 1/48 scale. Mailing costs are about $25 USD for air. The shop is located in Paris, France. I have been purchasing models from them for over ten years. The latest ones I purchased in 1/48 is a Churchill AVRE, a 38(t) reconnaissance tank, and a Panzerjager IV/L70(V). I also purchased a M12 conversion kit which I will use with a SOLIDO M3 Medium hull to make a M12 HMC.
