Fired up by my own games I offered blog followers the chance to pick 400 point fleets for me to set missions and have them compete directly and indirectly with each other. I moderate and fight the actions under their orders. They chose the ships,names, captains, crew experience levels, armaments etc I painted the ships and will fight their battles by proxy. Points will be won, ships can be bought or repaired. Glory will undoubtedly feature somewhere together with treachery and duplicity! Details can be found here on the blog: link

Played the first engagement tonight. Sir Robert Barre's squadron challenged three French men o'war to lower their colours in deference to King Charles II – Sovereign of the Seas whilst in English home waters. The French admiral refused….. |
