Pursuant to a comment by CaptainAhab62 of thingiverse I tried printing one of his STL files live, 15° nose down, and 15° nose up. Huge difference. I am certainly going to be considering altering the angles of certain models to change how the layering affects the final surfaces… link link Ignore the stringing, I'm not sure why it's there. It hasn't been showing up in other models. If it persists I'll have to add it to the troubleshooting list. |

Interesting you slope it in the plane where the stepping is most obvious. I guess the issue is some supports have toi move so you could make other places worse. Might be worth a try though. |
