I have posted a scenario for this battle on my blog. Very little is known about it. The main source is a very short entry in the Anglo Saxon Chronicles. I intend to play test this before putting it on for my wargaming mates to try out so there will be additional posts to come. I'm already aware of some problems with the number of toys on the table compared to the map so first play test is aimed at ironing these out.

I see the endless search for the right flesh tone, like myself.

Those 6mm figures seem interesting.

I use Vallejo Iraqi Sand for Mediterranean and Similar flesh tones. I used Light Flesh washed with Agrax Earthshade on the majority of the Viking Age figures.
