…..can paint up my 6mm Rapier and Bacchus miniatures. I have a bunch of armies I need painted. I am somewhat particular about my miniatures. Would like to get an idea on a price per figure for foot/cav/elephants…etc. I know Bacchus sells are mostly in strips, but to get an idea of how much this project would cost, I think a per figure price would allow me to put together my war chest. I have all the figures and would ship them to the painter along with the bases. I can also base them, so whatever works. Thanks in advance. You can email me at 5100dave@gmail.com

Dave,
I would suggest either Old Guard painters:

oldguardpainters.com

or
Fernando Enterprises:

miniaturelovers.com

I had a shedload of 15mm Zulus painted by Fernando and they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.
