I will be putting on an Empire V game in 15mm scale at Historicon next summer. I am looking for 4 dedicated empire gamers to join me in this game. 2 of the 6 slots are filled. This will be by invitation only game in the open gaming area.
Geohex scenery will be used. I also would like the participating players to submit a list of a corps of empire based troops they would like to bring to the game. The scenario will be drawn from the total number of troops that all the players can bring. So far, the Corps available for the game are Russian infantry, Austrian infantry, French infantry, cavalry, guard. The scenario will be released to the players shortly before Historicon so no excessive pre-planning will available. I also will contact Scott Bowden for advice on the scenario construction. Anyone who is interested, post a reply here. I have been gaming with Empire rules since the mid 70s and will put on a first rate game each day for us to enjoy. There will be 2 games. One Friday and a separate one Saturday. Please let me know before Thanksgiving if you are interested. This is to be a fun and enjoyable event, no rules layers or argumentative players please. |

This sounds interesting, when and where is it being held?
I can add Wutttembergers, Bavarians, Italians, Brits (Moore's complete force), and 1806 Prussians and Saxons on top of what you have. Also French and Austrians. |

The figure ratio scale is the same from Empire 3 to Empire 5, 1:60 and the figure scale for the miniatures in the game is 15/18mm. Any miniatures based for Empire 3 will work with Empire 5. The inclusion of British troops will depend on the final scenario developed. bkim14, we will do our best to accommodate you on your interest. |

Other than a need to learn E-V ( which I have stated would like to see and possibly get) and only old school figures
I have 3 Corp of Prussians and all of the Russians of the 1st Western Army of Borodino. Even if I can't get in would be a dream to see it. |

We will have Minifig, Battle Honors, Old Glory 15s and AB miniatures on the battlefield. The requirements are that
the miniatures are painted and the bases finished. |
