What is that in the rear of the jeep, a wire guided AT launcher? If so, what is that doing with a 76mm mounted on a WW II halftrack? A little anachronistic?

Beautiful modeling though

The IDF in their early wars with the arabs used a variety of weapons systems from various eras and sources. This looks like during the 6 Day War in '67.

E.g. Upgunned and modified later versions of WWII M4 Sherman were even still being used in the '73 War. And effectively as well …

And that is actually a 90mm AT on the Halftrack. And the Jeep is a later version, the M151 "MUTT" not WWII. With an early US TOW AT missile mounted on it. The TOW was around in '67.

So the vehicles, etc., are accurate …

It is a beautiful diorama, but the 90mm AT half tracks would not have been used at the same time as TOW missiles. Israel didn't get TOW missiles until the end of the 73 war.

That is true. So I don't know if the IDF was still using SP 90s on Halftracks in '73 ?

Yes, but see how good and authoritative is the response you can get on such a posting. I have not the foggiest idea what the IDF used in 67 or 73…I just followed it on the news every night and cheered them on, but that was back then. I hate the word but they were so "cool" back then and fighting for survival. Add the military efficiency of an elite armoured unit of even the most anti-Semitic regime in history, you had to love them…then

, but the 90mm AT half tracks would not have been used at the same time as TOW missiles.

Yeah, that was my point.
