Thank you for the link, I've always wondered what I missed.

Back in 1984 my wife and I stopped at the Grand Mound State Park and planned an afternoon walk to the mound. The ranger at the Park building mentioned that the mosquitos were "annoying" and offered to spray us down with mosquito repellent. Come on – how bad could they be?

Well, after a 30 second walk down the path towards the mound we literally ran back to our car. I have NEVER seen so many mosquitos…
