I have recently returned to my ACW Ironclad fleets. My preferred rules have always been Smoke on the water. They are comprehensive and just seem to work.

I have Sail and Steam Navies which I would really like to like. The presentation values of the rules are nice and the ship list is comprehensive but for some reason when I read the rules and try to work the charts they just don't seem to make sense to me.

I have Hammerin Iron on order…

Anyhow, being a fan of SOTW and having a bit of time on my hands, I have been creating an iPad App to automate the firing process. While I am no app developer I am very handy with excel and so have figured out how to essentially program an excel sheet to act as a app on my iPad using excel for iPad. It's still in the works and I will continue to add as many processes as I can to it.

That being said, I have the ship lists included with SOTW added to the app. My ask is if anyone has done any work to add/rate other ships already in the SOTW format? If so, would you be willing to share your work? I can of course create the data with the ship design section (oooh another thing that should be in the app!) but that takes time and there is no need to recreate the wheel unless necessary.

If you have anything you would be willing to share I can be reach at KAltfather1(at)Rochester(dot)rr(dot)com.

Thank you in advance.
