Thresher, well it should, it made the Kessel Run in 12 parsecs.

Incidentally, I'm constantly amused at the talk that "parsecs" is a unit of distance and not time and was "misused" in Star Wars A New Hope. My answer to this at all times is, "Who says that a parsec in the Star Wars universe has the same meaning as a parsec in our world.

OTOH, I saw an interview of Carl Sagan by Johnny Carson on the Tonight Show a few days ago, dated just after SWANH came out. I had not idea that Carl Sagan was so funny. He provided the example that, "The distance from New York City to LA is 30 MPH." It sounds so out of place, but at least I now know why physicists are so disjointed when they hear that line in SWANH.
