I'm about to buy minis for my warbands, but i'd like to mix figures from different producers. I have no experience with any of these. V&V, Crusader, Fireforge, Gripping Beat, 1st Corp and Reaper. Are any of these much smaller or larger than the others, so that they would stick out too much? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Reaper miniatures may be very large in comparison.

I have a Reaper Arab on horseback and he's another scale larger. It's like a 28mm figure compared to a 20mm/1/72 scale.

Crusader and Fireforge should mix nice. Gripping Beast plastics will work in with them. Gripping Beast metals are thinner, more dignified in stance and their heads are more in proportion. Some of their plastic Arab heads are monstrously huge!

I don't have V&V or First Corps. I'd recommend doing internet searches with the manufacturers' names and "size comparison". There are many nice gamers who have taken a lot of time to take and post comparison pictures.
