I always think shirtsleeves makes them look so realistic; as though they really are serving those guns for hours on end.

Both make great units as a gun line.

And yes Brian, more Limbers to follow! :) However, I cheat and just do a pair of horses for foot guns, and 4 horse limbers for horse guns – which helps distinguish them visually and doesn't break the bank!

Pairs of horses for foot batteries, and 4-horse limbers for horse artillery seem visually ok, as they immediately tell you how fast they're supposed to go across the tabletop.
