A Good-Looking Army in a Reasonable Amount of Time

Painting a wargaming army is a completely different beast from painting a single miniature for display.

I'm looking for EIR century standard in 28mm scale. AFAIK each century had its own standard with one to six discs attached and the 1st, 3rd and 5th century with a hand (manus) at the top; the 2nd, 4th and 6th century with a spearpoint.
Does any firm make these?

Alas no one that I've come across. :-( It's a real pity, I'd like a load for conversions.
