I have now painted almost half of the units for my Peninsular War French and Anglo Portuguese collections. There are definitely enough units to fight battles now – though a dozen more a side would be great.

I have taken some shots, with captions, of last night's action – the battle will continue next week – and I think it's looking pretty good.

You painted all those figures on the table and I just finished the 14th. light dragoons and we started almost at the same time. I think that I might not finish before check out time! What beautiful miniatures you have.
