I found this quote on Parusa I3 site. for eliminating stringing, not something I had heard of. Or just use a heat gun! – If you don't feel like tweaking any of the settings, well, then there is an alternative. You can get rid of the strings with a heat gun (or possibly with a lighter – but be very careful). Set it to around 200°C and aim at the strings for one or two seconds. This will melt the strings, and the printed object should remain undamaged. |

That will work for light stringing, but I would still encourage people to get their settings right. |

I agree with Andrew. Slow down the print rate and make sure you're using retraction. |

With some very thin minor stringing it works a treat. I just waved it under a very small lighter flame very quickly. For very thin strings its an option. |
