"Raytheon is in the process of developing a new air-to-air missile that will replace the AIM-120, one that will weigh less, take up less room and perform better than ever thought possible.

Known as the Peregrine, the missile is designed to take out drones, cruise missiles, and manned threats while giving American fighters more shots in the magazine.

"Through the use of additive manufacturing and readily available materials, it effectively doubles the number of missiles current fighter jets can carry, at a significantly lower cost than current weapons," the company said in a statement…"

Sounds great, and it's about time. But I can't find any specs anywhere. Just lots of people saying it's faster. Raytheon says it's 6 feet long and 150lbs, that's all. I wonder what it costs…
