Really enjoyed the photos !! Would however like to know about done of what we were looking at-- such as the hat that looked like it belonged to a general or marshal?

Yeah nice, but some captions really would be helpful.

Sure, I could pick a few- I'd guess that the chapeau is supposed to be from 'hisself', given the painting/ print behind that looks like 'The Adieu…'.

The faded cocarde certainly reminds me of several @ Jean et Rauoul Brunon Collections.
