It's a small local cruise boat (hardly big enough be called a ship) and it only rubbed against the depth charge rack of a DE (the last DE in the world).

A docking accident, where a tour boat drifted into contact with the stern fixtures* of a moored museum ship.

Seems that the headline is a bit breathless for the reality of the story.

* Looks like only the depth charge rack was actually touched. And the touch was light enough that the rack was not deformed or displaced, at least as far as I could see in the video. But I don't doubt that the rack put a scratch on the side of the cruise boat.
