I decide to continue my 10 year old project. A deamon in 28mm. The tentacles were originally meant to be coming out of its back , now I am going to make it an octopus like creature familiar.
Now I am stuck. Would love to hear suggestions. Horns? Wings? More tentacles? Armour? etc. I know it doesn't win a beauty contest but it is still a WIP. More pics at the link. Thanks for your comments. Z link

I like the legs. Not sure about a belly button on a deamon… does it need one? The tentacles you are doing seem as though they could operate like elephant's trunks – maybe a few around the belly – and expand the belly button into a mouth? |

The tentacles are now part of an octopoid familiar & have tongues coming out of them.
Hmm That's a good idea, a belly mouth.
