"1 Poll Per Day?" Topic

As you may have noticed, we have been running one poll per day for the past several weeks. What do you think?

* I like 1 poll per day
* I want to see more polls per day
* I want all polls to go away
etc.

It's horrible and you should feel horrible.
Bring back the polls!

As I sit on Forums only, I don't noticed. But accidently saw the word "Waterloo" and give my first vote.
Anything to do at least, as talking about miniatures on Forums is now forbidden.

I hadn't noticed most of the polls, if it looks interesting I have a look and vote, but that isn't often.

I'd rather have more polls per day. Most of them peak my interest.

One or more a day would be my preference.

I thought we did three to get through the large backlog? Now that suggestions expire, the log is manageable, right?

Depends on the nature of the polls, but more frequent polls are needed if the backlog is getting too great
We don't seem to have got round to the one asking us to vote on the recent Hobby News policy change so I'm guessing that's still in the queue?

I did not notice the frequency and pass over some of the polls. The only thing I noticed is that you, Bill, seem to be bringing up somewhat politically charged subjects. That was a surprise to me.

I like more than one a day.

It varies. We tried 10 per day, anyone remember that? More recently, it was 4 per day.

Not sure what you are referring to. Formerly, I would try to add one poll suggestion per day to make sure we have enough in the queue, but I have discontinued that practice.

I looked back and it must have been over a week ago. I will just withdraw my comment, since I cannot find the ones I thought I remembered. Ignoring that, I have no problems with the way you run you site. I come her for soldiers and military history and I don't care about polls.

I like polls, 3-5 a day would be nice.

I enjoy most of the polls, if they deal with a genre I enjoy. The others, I mostly ignore, same as I do with topics I don't care about. No input on frequency. Sorry. Cheers!

I thought "we" ( I mean an earlier generation by "We" but instead my folks, who had Irish Republic passports anyways, so bombs missed them…. Except for my mom in Hong Kong in late 41) fought WWII for the Poles and then we abandoned them after the whole thing was over.

But that is a different thread. Like Belgium….Poles were just in the wrong place throughout history.

I want all Polls to go away was said above. Depending on spelling, there are a few of us would not agree on that, if it meant no more referenda. But, if it means no more folks coming here, from a country that has contributed so much to this land, then welcome Poles. But no more Polls please…total mistake.
