John, War of 1812, certainly something you don't see everyday. And 'hey!' to the US artillerymen seeing off the British Lt Dragoons, and 'huzzah' to Brown's cavalry for saving the day ;) V/R, Jack |

Thanks Jack. Yes, the US cavalry took their rare chance to get the glory in a War of 1812 battle (and the success of the US' native american allies against the Brits' native american allies really helped too). Partly makes up for the US cavalry running away in the next one! |
