I got a tremendous amount of help from them when I discovered they have two original works albums of Vickers Armstrong's containing high quality photographs, many of them unpublished, mainly from 1918-1938. They provided me with high definition digital images and gave me permission to publish them on the web. These became the basis of the Interwar Tank Development blog

The albums themselves are in the research centre rather than on display but my interest was a Wargaming one to which they made an invaluable contribution.

I went a few times over the years, but the special one was a visit with my grandfather, where we rode on the tram which he had driven in the 1930's
