I'm not an aeronautical engineer, nor have I played one in a RPG, but it looks to me like the engines will just tear the tail assembly off.

They certainly will create thrust issues for the craft, with them that high up on the tail.

Yeah.. nacelles on pylons may (snicker) work on starships, but in atmosphere? I think not.
