I know this is a longshot but
So when you buy these guys you get plenty of extra arms and weapons. Any proxy bodies out there that can be used?

The closest thing I have seen are the Mantic Asterians (the Cypher):

A few options Spring to mind (apart from the obvious rtv and resin, or cheaper plaster and solder, for personal use of course).

Get some thick wire cut a length and bend in half. Bend it to form legs and spine and neck into head. Trim exess to allow you some extra from feet to stick into a bottle Cork or tape/hot glue to a paint pot. Use Green stuff or miliputt to add some bulk to the torso and head, adding trimmed plastic sprue or pop sticks for the back fins. Once set apply more putty and shape for the leg guards/kneepads and torso and any gems/teardrops. Once set apply more to the head and smooth with flat tool and water. Trim off feet wire and add plastic base and arms before painting. Place on table and kill things.

A mecha figure may work.

Model the arms for a camoflauge look. Not sure if they can turn invisible. They can now, just seeing the gun Fire flashes illuminating their arms. Or moddel coming out of a bush, the ground, warp portal, water, police box…
