They are superb sculpts and you've done them justice. Beautiful brush work with a touch of subtlety rarely seen. The painting of Hagrid's left hand is sublime! I very much like the way you've handled the eyes by putting dark colour under the eyebrow without attempting to paint the eyes. Bravo! |

Thanks for the kind words! I feel like that hand DID turn out nicely!:) They are indeed the resin ones. They are nice, but have a bit of flash/supports that need to be cut off. As for the eyes, I did originally try to paint them in, but it just took away from the likenesses, if that makes sense. A lot of who someone is is in the eyes, and I couldn't replicate it:( |
