I've built a couple buildings from Wargames vault by Dave Graffam scaled down to 30% or just under 10mm scale as I want all my wargames building downsized a bit. They look great and are super high quality designs but all have a sort of over the top grim/dark feel and I fear that may grow a bit redundant on my tabletop. I'm looking for other places to get downloadable files of German looking late Medieval timber framed buildings and the like that can be used for "Empire" looking structures. |

Fat Dragon Games possibly, and of course there should be several (German) pages that have such building templates for download. |

If you can catch the Worldworks Games store when the site is operational, some of their older fantasy sets may suit. Also, there are less grimdark Dave Graffam designs, I'm sure; some look more Tudor-style like the classic fantasy buildings we've all seen as Empire buildings, which is as close as one normally gets to German-style in fantasy terrain. Look closer and you will find some in that classic stone-ground-floor-and-half-timbered-first-floor look; some may need you to change visible layers prior to printing to do this, as they are equipped to provide many, many options for the final build. Lord ZseZse Works probably have an item or two. Also, if you're not averse to buying pre-prints: link |
