Don't forget Bad Squiddo! Bunnies and guinea pigs – "fantasy" in the sense of "utterly divorced from real world" rather than "swords and sorcery" :-) , but with a charm all of their own: link

Also there's the Albedo Combat Patrol stuff from Sally 4th. As well as complete [sci-fi] anthropomorphic figures, they have "conversion kits" with just the heads [of many animal types]:

Dark Sword Miniatures and Burrows & Badgers have the best IMHO.
