Announced today in 28mm from Black Hussar.

Standing horses, labelled as Saxon, but I could see them for any country frankly. Nice that there is no cross piece across the face harness. Easily added for light cavalry, not easily removed.

A Godsend to those of us who like to add the shabraque etc. They have long done walking horses but these look slightly better shaped to my eye.

Standing horses are beginning to appear in other ranges, but these are really welcome.

Agreed. The Saxon Hussars look good as well.

They look nice – how much?

Three horses cost 7,50 Euros, which in a few months will be half a million pounds sterling, plus import duty at 150%, all transported on a certain rail line that is no longer to be built after spending £7.00 GBPbillion on the planning. (smile)

and you will have to wait for 10 years till customs have sorted out the duty.

Tell me about it.

Australia I thought was a Commonwealth country, with our Liz as the Queen to this day.

I order a bunch of Saxon cavalry and pay that postage (ouch).

OK.

They get to UK customs who then stop them in our postal system. I get a message to collect from about ten miles away. I pay the duty, but also a large "handling charge" from our postal system, for simply keeping them in their warehouse, instead of actually delivering.

How I do look forward to our importing of Black Hussar future releases. I am absolutely convinced that our politicians are totally planning for all this. Oh it is not their fault, it is a country gone mad (well 51% anyway). The current system is crazy, the near future is lunacy
