Looks like a good source of cheap(ish) figures.

Don't they make a Picard with both arms raised, surrendering?

Wow, they really nailed the Picard figures. Not so much the others.

Someone in product development sure likes their "figure holding a data pad" poses.

I find them to be rather uninspired.

Need a few more holding/firing weapons, but I guess that is against Picard's edicts.

One of him surrendering would have been useful. Probably not too hard to convert him to that.

These TNG clix look better than the Modiphius TNG figures. I'll be buying some.

Syrinx014 Aug 2019 8:41 a.m. PST

Considering what a pain the Modiphius figures are to assemble and paint, these look great.

Has there been scale creep in the Heroclix range?

Easier to scratchbuild a walker to fit under his left hand… ;-)

"Someone in product development sure likes their "figure holding a data pad" poses."

Okay, you're in base to base combat, roll 2d6 to convince him to change his fundamental rational premise and accept a new paradigm.

Just beam me the heck out of here.

What's not clear from Wizkids is that there are 3 planned releases for the Next generation clix.
The first two are Star Trek HeroClix Away Team: The Next Generation – Resistance is Futile Gravity Feed (containing 36 figures), Star Trek HeroClix Away Team: The Next Generation – Fast Forces (containing Captain Jean-Luc Picard, Commander William T. Riker, Lt. Commander Data, Lt. Worf, Dr. Beverly Crusher, and Lt. Commander Geordi La Forge (in a red uniform???)) and were supposed to be available in June.

The third set is Star Trek HeroClix Away Team: The Next Generation – To Boldly Go… Gravity Feed which will include 32 new figures. New poses of Captain Jean-Luc Picard, Riker, Data, Geordi, Worf, and Deanna Troi will be joined by adversaries the Romulans, Cardassians, Ferengi and Armus. This is due in September.

Given the first two are only just hitting the stores, I suspect the last one will be delayed.

Oh, so this is a computer game?

I wonder what the real figures will be like. If they are showing cgi figures to promote them I dread to think.

The paints jobs are bad, very bad, very very bad -well for the human sculpts.
