Having just rediscovered these rules on my shelf, I read them and remembered how good they are, I'm wondering if anyone can update me on the rules and author Bob Bryant. The last I remember is Bob making the rules a free download and announcing that there might some day be a second edition. Anyone in the know? |

Thanks Condottiere. I've read that thread but was wondering if there were more recent developments. |

The rules read very well; but l'm less enthusiastic about actual play. There are a number of things I like, such as numerous charts and diagrams showing examples. Flank attacks are difficult to execute, which seems realistic. I've only played a couple times and game play feels bland. I haven't played other rule sets to compare. |

We done WotR with MoA several times a Millenniumcon to good results. 8 players easy to manage. I cut down the charts to eliminate unit types not involved and use number of flags and banners to represent Morale levels. Worked very nice. link |

There is a Yahoo group. It's not very active but there's been a few posts this year, including by Bob himself |
