Used to ask this every year.. then every two years.. now it's four years.. Anyone have any updates oh Frank Chadwick's Mars Needs Steam? or Does anyone have a copy of the test rules? |

I am sure I have a copy. But have not played or even looked at them for several years (6+). I believe my copy was very much a working draft. Perhaps what you are calling "test rules".
I will try to work my way back through the storage to find it this weekend. |
