I would love to see more of these troops "close up."

Can you at least tell who figure makers are? I am strictly into the Peninsular War in Spain, Napoleonic. If I did 1812 in the US, I'd have no problem using Portuguese for US troops!

But what figures do the purists use?

The figures used were quite a mixture of Old Glory, Knuckleduster, Brigade Games and Perry Miniatures. There may have also been one or two Front Rank figures there too. If you look too closely you will see that we had to substitute some American Civil War units, because a communications breakdown meant that some American regiments were left at home.
