You were asked – TMP link In any number of games, civilian figures are useful for any number of purposes. Should we have a new board for civilian figures? Enough people promised to support such a board, so here it is! Use it wisely and often. |

Sounds good to me. We need a lot more unarmed ones, for Sci-Fi, in 15mm scale. |

I agree civilians are often overlooked by makers. Finding sources and sharing info is a very useful service. |

Just posted a link to my first supporting picture. 10mm ACW non-combatants. Thanks Bill for the new board! |

I find civilians only interesting when then form a militia, then they are combatants, and can take part in their own thematic thread. |

Sounds good to me. I can always use more noncombatant miniatures. For ancient/medieval/fantasy games, go to Reaper and Wizkids. Those lines have townsfolk miniatures. The card game Agricola is another source for these types of miniatures. |

I started populating it as it was a bit quiet, but I'm not allowed to now, so RIP new baby board. |

I still don't understand why this topic could not be addressed in the boards we already have. Just seems unnecessary. I and others won't be able to go all "shiny" as most will never see it. In other words I won't know I need it until I see it. |

Odd, I thought most people voted against it. I see a lot of crossposting between that board and the genre board. |
