How does coverbinding work?

In the final stages of preparation for publication of my CY6! Jet Age Iran-Iraq war book, and having a difficult time finding cover art. Do we have any artists in this forum interested in the project, or anyone who knows an artist who might be interested in this project? Thanks much! CB Stevens
