I want to build two 15mm armies. One will be a Druid leading a bunch of forest creatures, elves, faeries, and so on. The other will be a Necromancer with a legion of his undead. Which figures would you use? Thanks in advance.

Battle Valor has a wide range of models and their Decian army is distinctly undead

They've also a range of wild like arimes. The Bestians have man-beast regular units (being released right now with new models updated every few days or so); whilst the other armies have a wide spread of mythical mounts and characters that could easily form a druidic army. Wovians are their closest druid force, but each army has its own animal pack unit type which ranges from wardogs to cats to spiders to mythical hell hounds etc..

Also of note the rules system is based on the concept that each army is made of the same unit types, so each model can basically interchange with any army. The stats remain the same whilst the army itself has overarching army rules that affect how units perform to give individual flavour.

Rebel minis also has a good range of figures

Eureka have their own 18mm figures, including treemen, wood elves, and centaurs; as well as Irregular's 15mm range, including undead.

In addition to those ranges previously listed I'm fond of Ral Partha Europe's Demonworld/Blighthaven figures. There's a lot there so it can be hard to sift throught them, but they're very detailed and characterful.
Undead and necromancers are in the Icelords of Isthak section, there's also some very large treemen (up to 70mm) in with the elves, and some very interesting totemic spirits in the Warlords of Thain section if you need any of those.
