I put on a game at Trumpeter Salute with on one side the Zanzibari Arab/Swahili slavers and Baluchi mercenaries versus Ruga-Ruga (necklaces of human teeth, belts made of human skin and skull caps made of flayed human faces) who were also slavers and their Ngoni mercenaries… not sure I'd be calling either side "good".

While playing, the only moral issues I'm likely to think of are along the lines of whether it would unsporting not to remind my esteemed opponent that he could invoke rule 43b to my detriment.

Agree with Last Conformist, I'm usually thinking along the lines of which unit should I move next or how many dice do I roll.
