"The Kzin" Topic

Khurasan felids & CMG Protolene don't disappoint one bit, great minis .

I called them Kzin as in Larry Niven's excellent books. Imagine a humanoid walking,extremely aggressive ,intelligent, brightly coloured feline , imagine that only warriors have the right to mate and you can imagine Kzin society.

I painted the minis like this – white spray undercoat,Vallejo Sand airbrushed base coat,Windsor & Newton Peat brown wash,GW Ivory successive drybrushes . Then detail with Scarlet,Flame Orange,Grey & grey Blue.

The Sand Earth basing is natural brown earth with pva, I envisaged these aliens as being desert plains creatures/mountain dwellers.

I have a bunch of Khurasan Felids stalking around somewhere, too. Bought to be Kzin (or Kilrathi, or Kzinti).

Very nice! I like them.

So, do they use kitty litter in their bathrooms? And if so, I bet Zero-G must make a mess…

How do the Khurasan Felids and the CMG Protolene mix size wise?

They hold it until they get planet side. They are VERY well trained.

That's such specist humor. I wonder what they say about us.

Probably things like, "You know that they don't use sand to dry it out, but just drop it out of their bodies and into water, don't you? And they can't even bend over to clean the splash up properly. Filthy beasts."

Having said that , both will make great mercenaries, imagine them in close combat.

You know I always wonder what contact with the 1st intelligent alien species will be like. I mean we're our worst enemy , can't tolerate others who have a different opinion etc. Most probably we'll be xenophobic also,unless they're much more advanced than we are, then it will be a jagged little pill to swallow.

Stryberg.. that got me thinking… what if Aliens develop a penchant for say human ears or noses .. what then?

& we become like farm animals to them ?
