There are maybe seven or eight gents, who show their work on here, whose work is instantly recognisable. Now that is what I call artistry. Yours is amongst them One day there will be an IT programme that paints cuffs in red and coats in blue. But everything will look the same, (unless they can create different programmes of course). But for now, I can tell a van Gough (OK we will argue the spelling) from a Gaugin or a Matisse or Renoir, a Rembrandt from a van Dyck, a Gainsborough from a Reynolds (actually not those two I admit). But I love to see individual styles, where you know who painted and try to copy, as you have shown here. This is creative artwork |
