My latest blog entry covers a set of TOS Vipers and Raiders from Battlestar Galactica. Printed to fit in with the later series models from Ares.

Agreed on the original raiders being the best. I built a few of the larger model kits of the raider back in the day. They were maybe 8 inches in diameter. Very cool results and easy to build.

You can use it for almost anything, depending on relative sizes and how you paint it. A large model kit would be a good lander for 25mm figures. A small one could be anything from a large warship to a small civilian vessel. And, of course, you can use it as the main space fighter of the genocidal Cylons.
