I neglected to mention this earlier, but the annual update is underway. The Manufacturers Directory – TMP link – is the part of TMP where we list all of the companies that make the products we use in the hobby. And since the companies don't always remember to tell us when something changes (or when they go out of business!), once a year we sent out an email to all of the listed companies that we have a valid email address for, asking for update information. This year, we sent emails to more than 2,600 companies. Editor Gwen and I are working on the updates. We're processing them as fast as we can, but still have 138 more email responses in the queue, and a few more come in every day. |

I'm sure it does. We're a little short-handed these days, from the time when we had six staff editors plus myself. When Editor Julia moved to the U.S. (and had to stop working for TMP), we lost a very experienced editor who did a lot of work on the Manufacturers and Rules directories. The Painting Services directory also needs an overhaul. |
